• Blindness was common at the time that Jesus walked among us while in Bethsaida.
• The god of this world has blinded the understanding of many to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• As the Lord Jesus did, the miracle of the giving of sight was shown in Mark 8:22-25 in a progressive way until clarity comes, as it happens to many of in the realm of Spiritual awakenings. This was only miracle done by Jesus which wasn't complete the first time.
• As shown, sight or perception doesn't always come instantly. He is the God of the second touch.
• The reason that Jesus came was to help us see, as God intends us to see.
• As valuable is our physical sight, every human also has spiritual eyes which the Holy Spirit wants to open and begin to perceive the Kingdom of God.
• Real friends will lead us to abundant life, and take us to Jesus, and love us in spite of our shortcomings.
• When we aren't seeing correctly, the Lord is willing to touch us again.
• There is nothing like having one on One time with Jesus.
• Sometimes the Lord will pull us out of the noise so as to seek one on One time with us.
