• Why do we sit before the Lord? We sit before the Lord because we know that it will take a while to process all that He has done for us.
• Thanksgiving is not something we feel, it's something we do.
• We need to be thankful, and not rush through it by taking it for granted.
• We make the mistake of thinking that God's level of commitment to us is on the same level as our commitment to Him. No, His commitment is much greater than ours. When we've quit on Him, He has not quit on us, but still loves us, reaches for us and waits for us.
