Heb. 13:15-19
• What does it mean to be a person of worship?
• Whatever we give the highest value to, that is what we worship the most. All of us give value to something, hence we all worship somt
• When we value something higher than God, that is idolatry.
• There are three levels of relationship with God: thanksgiving, praise & worship.
• Thanksgiving is an acknowledgment of what God has done for us, especially things we could not do for ourselves.
• Praise is divine order. We did not create nor save ourselves, it is a God thing, which we should acknowledge.
• Worship is a relationship with God and is a love story.
• God isn't seeking worship, instead, He seeks worshipers. (Relationship)
• The highest honor for us is to minister to the Lord God.
• Praise is how we welcome God, worship is a relationship with God.
• A relationship with God leads to meaning for our lives.
• If you do not have a relationship, you are left with law. (Rules)
• Praise is the best way to get through our own difficult times.
• The Sacrifice of Praise acknowledge that we can't fix our fallen state, but we can do something and that minister to the Lord out of our love for Him.
