• The most astonishing things about the birth of the Lord Jesus wasn't the star, or the Wise Men or even a young poor couple having a tough time; instead, it was that God Almighty planned to save humanity by arriving among us a defenseless baby boy.
• What identifies us as followers of Jesus Christ isn't that we follow the rules or laws set before us to live by, but instead it is Who we identify with. In other words, Who is our Father?
• God is committed to imperfect people.
• We thought that we needed laws, but God gave us tenderness instead.
• We can know many truths about someone without knowing them and their heart.
• Almighty God showed His heart to us by coming as a vulnerable baby.
• No matter how much we know about God, try a little tenderness for people.
