• We should strive for effective ministry and be about our Father's business.
• Children can have an advantage in matters of faith because they are not as concerned about what others think about them.
• The point of the cross of Jesus the Messiah was that He died for the purpose of the salvation of others.
• We should avoid religious consumerism which leads to people wanting a religion that serves them instead of others.
• Jesus didn't come to be served, but to serve and gave Himself for others. Because of love, Jesus would rather die for us, than be alone.
• The two questions that God asked were:
1. Where are you?
2. What have you done?
• These two questions are also for us today.
• Salvation is the gift of God and we cannot be good enough for salvation.
• If we are primarily motivated by the fear of being saved or lost, we lose the purpose of the church of reaching others with the love of God.
• The invitation of God is to be a part of the Heavenly Kingdom that He made for us.
• Our most powerful influence on the world is not as a debater, but as a witness.
• In order to manifest the Kingdom of Heaven on this earth is to go and get among the people. This is made possible with the infilling of the Holy Spirit of God; which not only give us the boldness for witnessing of the love of God but also gives us the Spiritual authority to make a difference.
• The great challenge is to not only have good church on Sundays but to also have moves of God, house to house. People need both large group associations, but also small group relationships.
• When God manifested the Kingdom of Heaven on this earth, it looks like a dynamic local church.
• The worse thing that can happen at a local church is a consumer mindset.
• We manifest the Lord Jesus to others with the Fruit of the Spirit. Simply loving people is the best way to reach mankind.
• When we walk outside of the purpose of the Kingdom of God, the byproduct is focusing on self; which leads to sin.
• The majority of people that leave churches to mention something to the effect of they were not receiving what they wanted from the church. The enemy is the idea of church consumerism; which wants only for self and not for others.
