The topic of science and how to make it accessible to everyone is the theme of this week’s Radio Workshop compiled by The Optimistic Youth Reporters from the Centre of Science and Technology in Khayelitsha. The young reporters were participants at the recent South African young academy of science symposium held in Cape Town and they heard different perspectives on the theme from various contributors including scientists, writers and musicians. While the young reporters are no strangers to the topic of science; they say they still learned a lot about what and how science can contribute to society. Take a listen to what they discovered.
