For this episode Freja and Charlie talked to photographer and illustrator Marilou Chabert about her project Bichos Sagrados, a series of photos and drawings reflecting on her experience at Recife carnival in Brazil. Marilou showed this series in a one-off event at fanfare (at the top of the Tetterode tower), on an appropriately sunny evening, a few days before the summer solstice last month. To start with, we got her to explain the exhibit which we were sitting amongst.
