Allah tells us at the end of Surah Taghabun to do four things: be mindful of Him as best we can, listen, obey, and give charity. Then immediately following the last command, to give charity, Allah elaborates and offers us more motivation. If we give charity, it's good for us, helps us to control the lower self and attain success, plus Allah will give us so much more in return. Give some charity today, albeit one dollar!
