Lady Fingers started making house and IDM tracks in the 90's while living in Cincinnati, Ohio. After stepping away from making tracks for a while, she dove back with the desire to mixing her favorite music and started spinning it out. Lady Fingers has recorded a couple of vinyl releases on the Sound Warrior label based in Berlin and releases on the pivotal Chicago Trax Records label. Lady Fingers also organizes parties. It all started with the Pegasus party, which took place in one of the first gay bars. Inspired by '80s synth-funk, she established Proto Futuro. Body Politic focuses on international energy from DJs around the world and contributes a donation to LGBTQIA+ causes. A Balearic-inspired party called Ibeeetha as well as Drift, a dub techno heavy event, came along because she gets off on themes. Now she started party Break It Up to get out of the four-on-the-floor comfort zone.
