Our featured guest is Marcia Silva, Ph.D. and Associate Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, from a segment of a recent Water Quality Research Foundation webinar that provided an overview of the WQRF Emerging Contaminants Consumer Study.
This independent study was performed by researchers from the University of Wisconsin system in June 2021 to gauge the American public's knowledge of emerging contaminants in drinking water and their interest in and willingness to use in-home water treatment. Marcia walks us through how the survey was conducted and the main results.
