I began DJing in my late teens, being heavily influenced by Gilles Peterson and the UK acid jazz scene, as well as deep house DJ/producers like Frankie Knuckles, Kerri Chandler, and Masters at Work. A couple years went by before i discovered atmospheric drum and bass. Though i haven’t been playing it out consistently over the years, it's always held a soft spot in my heart. With this mix, i wanted to showcase the more musical, deeper side that many people may not be familiar with. These tracks reflect my inspiration from soul, funk, jazz and r&b and I'm very excited to bring it to Soul Circle Radio.
