Do you know who coined the phrase “Outrageous Service?” If you do, then you are familiar with my guest today on Up in Your Business with Kerry McCoy: the outrageously successful Mr. Greg Hatcher, founder of The Hatcher Insurance Agency and author of 55 Steps to Outrageous Service.
Greg is one of those guys who, from an early age, was destined for success. He was the student body president at Alma College, a private liberal arts school in Michigan, he was captain of the wrestling team, and named top national fraternity man for TKE.
In addition to his success as an author and entrepreneur, he also had an early career as coach for the Duke Blue Devils baseball team!
Mr. Hatcher’s work ethic has made him successful at many things and he has shared his success with the good people of Arkansas in numerous ways. One of my favorites is his personal commitment to making the sport of wrestling available for all. Hatcher founded The Arkansas Wrestling Association (AWA) and purchased mats for 60 high schools and 4 colleges to help get their wrestling programs started. Today, over 4,000 kids now wrestle in Arkansas.
