David is an author, photographer, and speaker. Having served under five Arkansas governors, Mr. Rice has been a longtime advocate for the Natural State. His intellect and trivia knowledge are deep; so much so, that he has published a series of books called Arkansas Backstories, which catalog the beauty, history, and quirks of his home state.
