For a long time I always listened to women/girls bring power to their sex. From L7, to Luscious Jackson, Bikini Kill, PJ Harvey and even older women like the late Aretha Franklin, Sarah Vaughn, Alice Coltrane, etc. I like strong women. I don't always empower them, shit, I'm a man; a male chauvinist pig. But, all women should look further into empowerment. I recently started listening to some pop music and found that feminism is popular. This brings me joy (even as a double edged sword, that I'll never have a girlfriend or wife) I see too many abusive, dysfunctional and, even unknowingly trapped relationships. Cheating, beating (and to a G that means the same thing) lying men who don't deserve the women they have. Never letting them speak their minds or even get out of the metaphorical kitchen. Now, with that being said, ladies could you at least give a hand around the house even though you are the queens of the universe and can I drink a few beers?
