Patience is a virtue. With peeling band-aids on a wound that has been seeping for years. It is infected and covered in maggots. Washed occasionally with a community of water, drowning in lies and denial. My wound and a persona made up of rumor and neglect. A punch in the face and a bullet made of glass. I am just the village idiot with a mind of steel. Waiting for my next judgement and that will be the same as the one that it gave me so many years ago without, my consent.
