The giant aquatic centipede is actually a giant millipede that lives in the deeps of large North American Lakes. When marinated and seasoned they make a great kabob for family gatherings. Not unlike a lobster cooking them alive makes for a better flavor and to preserve freshness of the succulent meat in the sides of the millipede. Careful not to eat the legs when serving the insect the legs are highly hallucinogenic one could 'trip' for days on end. Enjoy!
