I know that you think the title is referencing marijuana. It's not. It is referencing grass. Like in a yard or other landscaping. The suburban conundrum of constantly mowing. The people who if part of your grass is long they throw trash in it. The constant struggle of middle America and their yards. Grass. Such a big deal.
