Usually I try not to date things or at least leave it to one day. But, today I am in a conundrum. Today is Super Sunday and, being that I am a football fan, I am going to watch the big game. Albeit, I don't know who to root for. The Forty Niners are from San Fransisco where Dj Q-Bert, Mix Master Mike, Faith No More, Primus and, a bunch of other bands and people I dig and dug in the past are from. Lots of inspiration there. On the other hand, The Chiefs are from Kansas City. Lots of inspiration there too. After learning a few years ago that Kansas City was hub for the soul and funk I have been listening over the last few years religiously. I still can't decide. Football is hard hitting so I should go with the hard hitters of the Bay Area scene right? Or, in my not so social record collecting and 'adult' life; I should go for the soul of Kansas City. Who knows and I'll probably let the game decide and after all I am a Miami Dolphins fan and have been since I was a small kid. Enjoy the game and cheers!
