It's too late now. You are all out shopping. While you are standing in line to buy that discounted TV or Nine Inch Nails t-shirt. Think about the person who will check you out a half hour from now. They may have been up all night. They may have had to leave their family's dinner to come to work. You'll think, oh they'll get a day off. They can't afford a day off. You may not even think at all. You may see them one step away from a kiosk. An object, a servant. Well, they see you in their sleep deprived state as a sheep or lemming. Merry Christmas, one and all.

If you are not shopping or working today. Stay at home and have some left overs. Work on something you like to do. Walk around the block. Bring the kids. Hell, have a Caribbean style parade and party with the neighbors.
