Sit down for a couple of hours this weekend, alone. No music, no TV, no friends, no family, etc...
Think about everything going on in the world. I think you will find that your hate is not really you. I think you are subject to the curtain. I think you are afraid. I am afraid. I can say that. I can say I am afraid and still be a man (or a woman). The hate is fear and no, I don't think anyone will hurt you. They may yell, they may get upset but, not hurt you. Unless they are so saddened by and afraid of you. They have a curtain up, a facade. They are afraid so afraid that they feel like they are backed into a corner and want to bite and snap at you. I am afraid. Just say it. Drop the curtain and say it. You are afraid!
