Back in the day my friend Josh (I still consider him a friend, whether he does or not {I know I have gone nutty}, and he is welcome anytime)used to bring music from the big city for me to learn from. He would bring alternative, jazz, reggae, hip-hop, and other things. I had already heard a lot of music, but I was limited by a small town. I have gone the direction now of finding music for myself. And, by the will of God I find it dammit. One of the fun things Josh brought from the big city was organ jazz, or acid jazz. It's so much fun to listen to. So, now in my forties (and still drinking forties) I find this music great to have a drink and a cigarette to. I decided on Sunday to compile some of this genre of jazz into a dj set. I have tried it before, but it was unfocused. This is much more comprehensive and has a few surprises. So with out anymore delay, here is Organ Grinder!
