Jean-Louis Rocca and Camille Salgues discuss the aims and scope of the European project they are part of: Dealing with a Resurgent China (DWARC). DWARC (2022-2025) seeks to build a multidisciplinary analytical framework for understanding a multifaceted China under the Xi presidency. This project aims to explain social, political, economic, and foreign policy changes in China today.
