This week we discuss the teams that we think will FALL OFF, we are EXCITED TO WATCH and teams that will be ON THE RISE. We will also make our annual NBA Award predictions. Which we all know haven't gone so well for us in the past. We are hoping that we can start to change our luck with this season's picks. FINGERS CROSSED!
