If you have been in the church for very long, you have no doubt heard countless sermons. Some more memorable than others to be sure. There is one sermon recorded in Matthew 5-7 that summarizes the teachings of Jesus. It's known as "The Sermon on the Mount". These are considered some of the most meaningful lessons that Jesus taught. The Sermon on the Mount covers several topics. In general, Jesus taught His disciples how to live a life that is dedicated and pleasing to God. One free from hypocrisy. Full of love, grace, wisdom and discernment.
