Seja talks to her guest Tom Lyngcoln (The Nation Blue, Harmony) about his record label Solar / Sonar, his time in the Tasmanian music scene, learning guitar by playing along to ads in isolation and the dangers of wood crafting. Tom tells Seja about the physical compulsions that take over whilst performing, how important writing and playing music is to him and the good and bad experiences he has had meeting his musical heroes.
