Are you justified before God ?

Are you pronounced righteous by God or exposed to condemnation for
your sin? …a very important question.
Two kinds of people
––(Luke 18 v 9 14)

The
Self Righteous …that are still condemned
2.
The
Repentant Sinner …..that’s justified by faith in Jesus
Justification has two aspects
Righteousness with God
1.
Undeserved
nothing to boast of V2
2.
Unearned
one who does not work, but believes God a GIFT V4 5
3.
Unlimited
not offered to Israel only but to the whole world V 13
4.
Unseen
It’s internal between you and God the promise is by faith
5.
Unwavering
confidence in the promise of God
Propitiation

Spiritual work of the heart
Col 2:11 13 “you He made alive “
How can this be ? …
because of the Cross & Resurrection
“ He was delivered for our offenses and raised again for our
justification” Romans 4:25
“ and He was
numbered with the transgressors ” Luke 22:37
