My good friend Brian Carter (@briangoeswild on Instagram)phoned into the podcast last night for a surprise conversation about hunting and fishing on public land, living in Nashville, the differences between a chef and a cook, artistic integrity, jumping out of airplanes and much more. This is a long, rambling conversation so if you're bored by one topic you may be fascinated by the next (I don't know you). Skipping ahead here and there wouldn't bother us (just PLEASE don't tell us! We're sensitive people!).
