Good evening kitties! This is a longer story, so you don't get quite as much chat time with me as you might like, sad I know. However it is a rather special tail, one that involves a building in Westlake, built in the 1970's. One that used to be an old section 8 apartment complex. One where a certain police officer experiences a number of odd encounters in. A building that is now a Skilled Nursing Facility, though a facility where there exists a certain closet across from a janitors storage room, where one might notice a peculiar smell, should one but "Sniff"
