The Metapattern project is a live improvised rhythm project in the style of techno featuring a modular synthesizer, drum machine and Ableton live running through a digital mixer capable of many effect and loop layers. The performances are based on rhythmic and tonal elements shaped by the mood and situation. The energy of this music is designed to engage listeners in a spiral or tunnel of repeating, merging and shape shifting patterns. Moods range from minimal, melodic, uplifting, dark and industrial.
