Good Evening..
as this week is a bittersweet week, we lost a great legend Kobe Bryant,
but we lost a funk-jazz vocalist pioneer, Ms. Toni Smith.
Quincy Jones and Mark Ronson f/ Chaka Khan, Najee, Marquel Jordan,
as well as the latest groove from Mike Phillips' new disc "Pulling off the Covers".
We also lost Toni (sometimes known as "Tonni") Smith with her sketches with Tom Browne, Don Blackman, Bernard Wright...also Brian Jackson, Spyro Gyra, Antonio Carlos Jobim.
