I heard this sweeper on a new radio station today. I have removed the station's name, because I don't want to embarrass them. It's not great copy. Why would you use an in-house radio term like 'rotation'? Why would a punter know what 5,000 songs means? Their IPOD might have more than that on it!(To radio programmers, it sounds like unfocussed madness!) When you write liners, use words and phrases that listeners understand. Talk like a real person. Try and use emotion. And sell the benefit. Why should I care? Why does playing all of those songs affect me, as a listener? "We don't become boring by playing the same songs, over and over, again." "We surprise you with those great songs that you'd forgotten about"..."Songs you don't hear on any other station" etc
