Before Johnny Manziel went to Texas A&M to become known as "Johnny Football", he played at Tivy High School in Kerrville, Texas. In June 2011, High School Football America co-founders Jeff Fisher and Trish Hoffman interviewed Manziel on the NHSCA Sports Hour after he was named the National High School Coaches Association National Football Player of the Year.
