Hear a complete interview with Roy Hoagland, of the Virginia Environmental Endowment and formerly of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. The interview is part of an unfolding collection of stories from prominent environmentalists in the state of Maryland and Virginia, recorded in 2019-20, and supported by the Town Creek Foundation.
