Nina Roman was born and raised in Bronx, NY. She is the youngest of 4 siblings to a family of 6. She grew up learning that education always comes first. She excelled in her education, made honors through out grade and middle school and graduated high school a year early... She and her family moved to Long Island where she started college at 16 and, obtained her Nursing License by the age of 21. She has since been living working every day fulfilling and changing the lives of everyone she comes in contact with.
Self-love, self-acceptance, and body positivity were something Nina struggled with and is now proudly embracing. She has been bullied, tormented, and tortured all of her life because of her size and has worked hard to overcome the nasty comments people have made. She believes that everyone matters and is enough, complete and whole just the way they are. Nina will continue to break down barriers and teach people the importance of self-love. She will gracefully fight for the right of every beautiful curvy woman to be acknowledged and socially accepted.
