The conversation on racism and racial reconciliation in this show is one we all need to hear and have with each other. Our beautiful friend, Krystal Zamarripa shares her story of moving to our city, Peoria, IL after visiting friends and feeling God clearly call her here. Krystal is Hispanic and shares stories of racial discrimination she has faced as she's moved into a community where she is a minority. Our hearts broke as she shared the horrific things people have said to her. Krystal's response is so powerful. It's time we all step up and speak out for anyone who is made to feel like they are less or do not belong simply because they look or sound different than us.
