In last week’s show we talked with our friend and guest Lauren Auer about being a military family. We knew we needed a second chat with her about her job as a therapist. Lauren has such a heart for helping people find freedom and healing in their mental health. We loved the conversation about how we all need therapy on some level and how professional therapy is a valuable resource for each of us. Therapy is also a biblical concept and God has gifted people with the skill to help others find healing through professional therapy. Lauren also shares about her own journey through Postpartum Depression after having her son.
