When we face adversity, we can respond in one of two ways, we can choose to be overwhelmed, or we can choose to overcome. To overcome we need courage! Courage means, to venture, withstand or persevere through danger, fear or difficulty. Courage is there but we’ve got to call upon and take hold of it. In the absence of danger, fear, and difficulty courage cannot exist. There is no need for courage without difficult circumstances to persevere through. When we are facing difficulties and circumstances that we have never seen before we are being set up for deliverance that we have never seen or experienced before! No matter what we are facing in life the deliverance from God will always outshine the difficulty! Will you choose to be overwhelmed or will you overcome?
