That artist is Kostas Staikos (aka Substak). He is a Greek Electronic music producer, he was born and raised in the city of Athens. The start of his journey into music began in 2011 when he decided to venture into the vast world of music & started mixing and producing. His music genres include: Ambient, Dub, Dub Techno, Minimal & Minimal Techno.
Now with over 13 years of production, Kostas has released more than 200 releases on various Thematic labels.
