In this edition, Wattz Up! explored one of the most pressing topics in today’s political climate, immigration. The most recent events in Mississippi highlighted only a sliver of what has been on-going years of fear. Family separation, deportation, concentration camps, U.S. imperialism, ICE, are some of the few topics that the youth talked about in this episode. Also, they highlighted some of the beauty within the topic to contrast the darkness that we have seen like MEXICAN PRIDE/LATINX PRIDE! Enjoy!!
