The Weapons @theweapons are a collective, forged in the spirit of using music as a weapon of peace. Harnessing influences from live and electronic sounds, the band brings together communities across genres unified by a love of psychadelic sub bass and minimal dance rhythms performed by musicians. Their new Mooncast mixtape features 18 previously unreleased versions of originals and specials played live. Black Shakespeare elevates the tape with his diverse range of improvised vocals, raps, and tones singing thematically through the journey. With loads of other guest musicians, vocalists, and producers, this recording takes you on a full length album style trip, floating seemlessly through different vibes with tasty blends of The Weapons signature sound.
