Description

This Summer
By Amelia Lewis, Lilika Tournier, Florence Legendre and Rachel Choi

Corona, you took my friends
My fun and other things
We want to kill our siblings
Mom and dad are so annoying
You are destroying our lives
You should be the one who
Give us things now
We like flu better then you
Go away back to the bats
And stay in there
You made us stay in quarantine

Stuck in our houses
Nothing to do other than look at
(chorus)
This summer
Will bring us together
It will pay back all the things
corona took from us
It will
be the time of our lives
We will see other faces
And not the corona

We are starting to miss school that is rare
We even miss our teachers
Sometimes we enjoy homework
What the hell is happening
We have never been so bored
This is driving us crazy

Maybe one day we will look back at this
And even laugh about it
Think we were too dramatic
But for now, we are still at home
And we do not find this funny
Please let us get out of here

This summer
Will bring us together
It will pay back all the things
corona took from us
It will
be the time of our lives
We will see other faces
And not the corona

For the moment we will stay quarantined
We will do what we must do
Even if we don’t want
But we hope that it will end soon
Because we want to see our friends
And summer is coming
