Andrew Natsios, Director of the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs at Texas A&M and former Administrator at USAID, gave a lecture entitled "The DPRK: Human Rights and Security in the Digital Age" at The Institute of World Politics on January 29, 2015.
This event was sponsored by the Center for Human Rights and International Affairs, which is a project of IWP and Good of All. This was the inaugural lecture of a new series hosted by this Center on Digital Soft Power.
