DAY 5: On the first week of Lent, we are learning about God as our Father. God is Emmanuel—which means He is with us. Remember that in your darkness, God is with you. He will never leave nor abandon you. When you're in pain, God embraces you and feels your pain. He weeps with you because He is your Father. He is Emmanuel. And today, silence all the chaos in your heart and remember that He is always with you. This Lent, come as you are and let God embrace you.
