Description

This week’s guest is comedian and writer Nick Kocher, who’s written for shows It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and SNL, and my (fake) son Max Marcus. Nick got his start right out of college, posting sketches on YouTube with his friends. Once they went viral, The Cartoon Network and College Humor started reaching out to him for gigs. He believes making your own stuff can help “skip steps” on the ladder to success. Instead of slogging as an assistant, he slogged as an amateur sketch comedian until he made it. Tune in to hear us berate Max and maybe learn a thing or two about the TV industry!
