Welcome to the next interview in the Kini Interview Series with Virak Chan, a water and sanitation specialist and a focal point for the Cambodian Water Sector. Virak manages sanitation projects for the World Bank. He also works to support the Cambodian government on decentralization reforms and water resource management initiatives.
