The Divine Mercy of Earthquakes
Earthquakes occur due to the proliferation of fornication, intoxicants, music and singing.
For the believers this is a lesson, Mercy and a blessing.
For the infidels the earthquake is abandonment, punishment and indignation.
'A believer is afflicted due to 2 reasons; due to a sin and due to a high status that cannot be achieved by good deeds.'
When Allah SWT intends good for a person then the punishment is quickend... if a servant is to be harmed the punishmnet is witheld till the Last Day (Tirmidhi).
Having a good opinion of others is beautiful worship (Ahmad).
Destiny is a Secret of Allah SWT so do not attempt to disclose it (Ibn Adee).
