Whether we realize it or not, each of us is shaped by a story we tell ourselves—a story of who we are, who God is (or isn’t), and of our place in the world. As a church committed to the words and ways of Jesus, our question is, what does it look like to be shaped by the same story that shaped Jesus? As we look at Jesus’ life we see that He was saturated in the Old Testament. So what was His approach to Scripture? And what would it look like to be shaped by Scripture the same way that Jesus was?
