Dark days create a great backdrop for God’s intervention. Jesus came in an unexpected way during one of the darkest times in history. But what seemed like an interruption – a small child in a small town in Galilee – was actually the source of the greatest hope of the world. This Sunday, we look at the Mary’s response to the angel as a template for our response to God when it’s a change of our plans. (Luke 1:26-38)
