Dave Dillon is the current Head Coach of Japanese side Kobelco Steelers, which includes players such as Dan Carter and Adam Ashley Cooper. Dave also spent time working with New Zealand side The Chiefs and also spent time coaching in Ireland. In this podcast, Dave talks about what it was like to grow up in New Zealand, what his coaching philosophies are and what it is like to coach in Japan ahead of the rugby world cup next year.
