David Rudolf is a lawyer who was born in New York in 1949. David is best known for serving as Michael Petterson's defense lawyer in which he defended him for over 15 years. The entire case was made into a documentary called 'The Staircase' and can be seen on Netflix. In today's episode, David talks about his upbringing, the other cases he worked on throughout his time as a lawyer and covers all things involving The Staircase.
